At the Kopaonik Business Forum on March 6, the most prominent business gathering in Serbia, the Center for Advanced Economic Studies (CEVES) and the Big Small Businesses Project premiered its Innovation and Competitiveness Index

For the fourth year in a row, Agro Belgrade, a specialized fruit, vegetable, and wine fair, gathered producers, suppliers, and traders from Serbia and the wider region.

October and November 2022 saw the creation of funds to support agriculture and food production in Novi Pazar, Bela Palanka, Vlasotince and Nova Crnja. In the absence of other sources of finance, these innovative revolving facilities provide funding that local farmers need for initial investment to enhance and scale up production on their holdings.

The Youth Rural Business Fund was launched  on November 3rd, 2022, to help senior students of the Ljubo Mićić Secondary Farming School in Požega. The fund will be used to help young farmers from the Zlatibor District enhance their farms and make them more profitable.
